We love movie lists - so please welcome guest writer Jennifer Bollnow as she takes us through her picks for 31 days of Christmas movies. A new movie feature each day!

An Intro from Jennifer - Every year there are more and more Christmas movies released.  This year we have over 150 and more are announced each week.  I have selected 31 of this year's new releases that I am excited for this year.  There are a wide variety of movies that have something for everyone.  
So warm up the cocoa, get under a cozy blanket, grab a Christmas Cookie, and enjoy!

Day 1 -  Ms. Christmas Comes to Town (2023)​

Jennifer Says - 
This Hallmark Movies and Mysteries movie was released in October is a sweet and romantic holiday flick.  It follows a shopping channel host touring across the country for her final season.  

The host, Gale, is portrayed by Barbara Nevin from Chesapeake Shores and Evergreen Christmas movie series.  Gale’s protege, Amanda is played by Erica Durance who was Smallville’s Lois Lane, in Saving Hope and many Hallmark Christmas movies.  Gale’s nurse, Travis, is played by the charming Brennan Elliot who is in the series Cedar Grove, Unreal, and a long list of Hallmark movies.  Another actor you may also recognize is the adorable Chris Gauthier who always makes an impression in his many roles.  

The reason this made my list was primarily the cast. In Christmas movies, I have my favorites and like to watch all their movies.  Erica Durance is one of my favorite leads.  Having seen it already I recommend it as a feel-good movie with all the elements we want in a Christmas movie.

IMDB gives it 6.9/10 stars.
