Welcome to February's 28 Days Of Sequels! Every day throughout February one of our VIPers (Jenn, Susan Or Melanie) with occasional comments from the others  will present a movie sequel complete with a trailer!
The big difference with this list is they aren't all winners that we loved. Some were disappointments and some just trainwrecks. Hollywood is short on original ideas so when one hits big, they milk it for all its worth and squeeze it dry. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Day 2 - 2 Fast, 2 Furious - Susan

2 Fast 2 Furious is the action packed sequel in the Fast and Furious franchise that focuses on the late, great, Paul Walker's character, Brian O'Conner. It also introduces Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce and the dynamic between the two main characters is what makes this movie so fun, and to be honest, you don't even miss Vin Diesel's Dom Torretto, despite what the critics said.

This movie has less of the big stunts that come in later movies, but that's what makes it a great sequel, because it's all about the cars, the action, and doesn't give you a headache from rolling your eyes at the outrageous stunts that can be so stupid...

One of the best things about the Fast franchise, apart from the stunning cars, are the soundtracks and while I'm more of a rock girl, I do love the hip hop songs that come with the movie. I mean, who doesn't love a little bit of Ludacris? 

Melanie - Hmmmmm pretty sure the only one in this franchise I have watched is Hobbs and Shaw, and pretty sure I didn't know that was part of the franchise when I did lol.  The over the top action stunts sound good though!
