I’ve always wanted to stay the night at a museum I mean how cool would that be, this movie kind of does that, but it’s a security guard that works in a museum as a night guard. Yep “Night at the Museum” takes the question what if everything in the museum comes to life?
Me, I’d be all for it because that would be a hell if a show seeing what historical figures do. In the movies the figures know their history even though they’re not real. Larry becomes the night guard of a New York museum, not really expecting much from the job except something easy to do, but it turns out he gets so much more than he bargained for when all the exhibits come to life when the sun goes down.
Larry’s in for the adventure of a life time. What ends up happening? Well I won’t say, because I know it’s an older movie but some still may have not seen it even though there a alot of reasons to watch. The cast includes comedy legends spanning decades.
There’s three movies in this series and I do have to say the second is my favorite because Larry heads to Washington after a mischievous monkey takes the tablet with the moving exhibits. Just imagine the Smithsonian coming to life one of the biggest museums in the world and definitely my favorites, oh what craziness ensues for Larry and the gang. Just watch and find out. You might even find a few surprises along the way, the third and final movie was alright but it’s definitely my least favorite. Disney+ also recently did a 4th as an animated movie but thats with Larry’s son.
