Regular Prize Auctions (About Every 3 Months - They Should Really Be Called Raffles)
How Does It Work? So we call it an "Auction" because that was the nickname it started with BUT really it's a raffle! During the months leading up to the events "Auction Tickets" can be won, earned, and sometimes you get them just because! These tickets are free and can be used to "bid" on your choice of prize! The more tickets you collect - the more entries you can play to enter the "Blind Auction" for the live event. (More details on "Blind Auction" below). The more tickets you have the better your chance - but IT IS REALLY A RAFFLE - YOU ONLY NEED ONE TICKET TO WIN IT!
So What Are The Prizes? Check in with Melanie to see what the current prizes are. They change with each Auction (Raffle)
Are They Actual Tickets? Nope they are "Virtual Tickets". You can keep track of how many you have by checking your Facebook Messenger Chat with the Melanie's Muses Facebook Page. This is where the tickets are sent. Melanie also keeps track of how many tickets people have (to the best of her ability)
Why Do The Tickets Look Different? Each Auction (Raffle) has tickets unique to that event. The current tickets are shown in the picture at the top of the page.
I Don't Love Any Of The Prizes - Can I Use My Tickets Next Time? We definitely want people to LOVE the prizes they are playing for. For that reason you can "Exchange" your tickets for the next auction BUT there is a cost. Each new ticket will cost you 2 of the current tickets. (So if you have 20 tickets you will get 10 new ones). Please note tickets not USED or EXCHANGED by the bidding cut off are void and can NOT be exchanged.

Can I Win More Than One Prize? We want as many people to win as possible and therefore we are limiting to one win per person per auction. You do not have to be there to claim. If your name is pulled and you aren't there you have 24 hours to claim or the prize will be redrawn on the next Live show (REGULAR SHOW - NOT AUCTION). As you can only win ONE prize - it will be the first prize you are picked for. Any Subsequent wins will be redrawn.
How Many Prizes Can I Bid On? You can split your tickets up however you want to! Obviously the more tickets you have, the more options you have! You can put ALL your tickets in for one prize, one ticket in lots of prizes, or a few on one, a few on another. It is totally up to you!
When Do I Place My Bids? The "Bidding" will open about a week before the event. Melanie will post instructions closer to the time and will also message people who are eligible to play.
What Does "Blind Auction" Mean? Basically you won't know how many other people bid on what prizes until the live event. You have to go purely on what prizes YOU want to win! While we know strategy is a thing we HIGHLY encourage you to play for WHAT YOU WANT! Be Nice!
Is This Open Internationally? YES IT IS! All the "stars" that are sent during our Facebook live events (or that are sent on ANY video) go towards paying the shipping which allows us to send prizes all over the world. If the mail delivers there WE WILL SEND IT!
